Each user (referred to as "You" in this agreement) must read and accept this agreement before You post
Your picture. Please take a moment to review the text below. It's an agreement between You and Mega Mona Lisa
site (referred to as "Site" in this agreement) to make sure that You understand all the rules of the Site.
The Site reserves the right to modify, update or delete portions of the Terms of Use at its discretion and
without notice to You. By using the Service, you agree in advance to accept any changes.

1. You need to be at least 18 years old to use the Site. The Site shall not be used by minors
or persons who cannot legally enter into binding contracts under any applicable law.

2. Be respectful and tolerant, and make sure, that every picture You post is respectful of other
people! Don't post anything to the site that might invade someone's privacy. You agree not to
post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene,
vulgar, profane, hateful, ethnically, racially, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind,
including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal
offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or
international law. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless the Site, its
subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from
any material that you post or transmit. Although the Site and its affiliates may from time to time
monitor or review user generated content on the Service, neither the Site nor its affiliates is under

AFFILIATES ENDORSE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT
ON THE SERVICE.

4. Please don't submit images that You don't have copyright to or permission from the copyright holder to
submit. By submitting images or content to this web site, You grant to the Site, its affiliates,
successors, assigns, licensees, and agents, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and
royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, perform,
transmit, and prepare derivative works from all images and content on this web site. You represent and
warrant that You have full right and authority to grant these rights and no one else's permission is
required. You give us permission to post any of Your material -including Your pictures- for free on this
web site and in publicity and other business uses. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit,
distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written
permission of the Site or the appropriate affiliate.

5. All pictures downloaded, linked to or delivered to the Site in the form of digital graphic files or original
or copied physical formats immediately become the property of the Site. You hereby grant to the Site, its
agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the master rights as well as the right to use the pictures, or any
part or parts thereof, in and in connection with the above-referenced website or in any other medium, and in
the advertising, marketing, promotion, and exploitation thereof, including, but not limited to all ancillary,

contemplated, throughout the universe in perpetuity. At its discretion, the Site may change, alter, transpose,
edit, add to and/or delete from the pictures, titles, and/or comments, including, but not limited to, making
all appropriate alterations for use in the licensed media. You further warrant and represent that You have the
sole right and authority to enter into this License Agreement without the consent of any third party, and that
You own all copyright to the pictures and all textual material You post, or that You have the right to assign
copyright on behalf of copyright owner, and that to the best of Your knowledge, the use by the Site of said
rights to the picture will not violate the rights of any third party whatsoever. You will indemnify and hold
the Site harmless from and against any and all damages and expenses arising out of a breach of the foregoing
warranties and representations, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs. Such license is granted by
You to the Site on a non-exclusive basis in perpetuity throughout the universe.

6. Please don't post anything on this site or do anything related to this site that's illegal. If You do, You are
completely responsible and hold the Site, and it's employees and officers harmless.

7. Your use of this web site is at Your own risk. The Site is not responsible or liable for loss or inaccuracy of
data or images, or computer problems that may result from obtaining or downloading material from this web site.

for the content of any such linked web sites. Your linking to such web sites is at your own risk. You should be
aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on a user generated
pages, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other
parties. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, move, or remove any and all content at our sole discretion.

10. The Site prohibits the transmission, distribution or posting of unwanted or offensive content. Prohibited
transmissions include without limitation, racial, profane or sexually explicit photographs, drawings, messages
and writings that include masking or misspelling the words, or images that would be illegal in any
jurisdiction. It is Your responsibility, and You agree to comply with all requirements, legal or other.

be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
